Introduction
These Tawasoa Consulting Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are an agreement between you ("Client") and Tawasoa Consulting ("Company"). These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms and conditions for your use of the Company's services.

Cancellation of Services
The Client may cancel the Services at any time. However, the Client may not be entitled to a refund of any Fees paid.
Ownership of Information
All information and data created or collected through the use of the Services shall remain the property of the Company.
Confidentiality
The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Client's information.
Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify the Company for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
