Corporate governance means the rules, systems and procedures that achieve the best protection and balance between the interests of the company’s managers, shareholders and other stakeholders associated with it.
Corporate Governance Principles
The international principles of corporate governance are divided into six main groups, and under each section falls a set of detailed principles as follows:
First: Availability of an effective corporate governance framework.

Second: the rights of shareholders.

Third: Fair treatment of shareholders.

Fourth: The role of stakeholders or stakeholders in relation to the rules governing corporate governance.

Fifth: Disclosure and transparency.

Sixth: Responsibilities of the Board of Directors
